We take quality very seriously & your satisfaction is very important to us. For that reason, we want to make sure that you absolutely love the product that we have created for you and thus created this policy with you in mind.
***Note that all shipping amount cannot be refunded & we do not cover the cost of sending back a return/exchange item.
*** We cannot accept, and do not provide, any returns, exchanges, store-credits or refunds for any on sale items.
Our Return Policy
All our orders are treated with care and meticulously inspected. However, if you have received a faulty item or you are not satisfied, we will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund on the purchase costs.
Please let us know within 7 days once you receive the order by providing a detailed description of the reason why you are not satisfied, along with pictures as proof via email to email@example.com. Make sure to include a paper with your order number, your full name, your email address, your home address & the reason for your return.
We offer refund on full price items that have never been used, that are unwashed and are still in their original plastic bags will all tags on. The item has to be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
Note that we reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that have been used, washed, altered or is dirtied in any way.
All items that have been purchased with a discount promo-code will only be refunded with store credit.
Once your order is shipped out, there will be no price adjustments.
Our Exchange Policy
If you change your mind on a certain item, you can exchange it within 7 days of reception. The item must still be in its original plastic packaging, unused & in the same exact condition you received it. Please use a trackable shipping as we are not responsible for lost items.
Once we receive your item we will make sure to process it within 3-5 business days & send you an e-mail when it is done.
Our Warranty Policy
We take quality very seriously. Our products are made with the finest materials. If our product doesn’t perform for you, we’ll replace it or take it back within 3 months.
