We take quality very seriously & your satisfaction is very important to us. For that reason, we want to make sure that you absolutely love the products that we have created for you and have written this policy with you in mind.
Note that all shipping amount cannot be refunded & we do not cover the cost of sending back a return/exchange item(s).
We cannot accept, and do not provide, any return, exchange, store-credit or refund for any on sale item.
All our orders are treated with care and meticulously inspected. However, if you have received a faulty item or you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund on the purchase cost.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please let us know within 15 days once you receive the order by providing a detailed description of the reasons why you are not satisfied, along with pictures as proof via e-mail to email@example.com.
When you are ready to ship back your package, make sure to include a paper with your order number, your full name, your email address, your home address & the reason of your return.
We offer refund on full priced items that have never been used, that are unwashed and are still in their original plastic bag with all tags on. The item has to be returned within 15 days of receiving the order.
Note that we reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that have been used, washed, altered or is dirtied in any way.
All items that have been purchase with a discount promo-code will only be refunded with store credit.
Once your order has shipped out, there will be no price adjustments.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you change your mind on a certain item, you can exchange it within 15 days of reception. The item must still be in its original plastic packaging unused & in the same exact condition you retrieved it. Please use a trackable shipping as we are not responsible for lost items.
